(Waynesboro, VA) Tina Bukoskey was recently chosen Employee of the Quarter at McClung Companies. Bukoskey is a bindery operator. Established in 1992, the award is based on recommendations from fellow workers and recognizes McClung employees who display extraordinary dedication to their jobs.

"Tina is a flexible, team player, and willing to tackle any job," noted Dave Perkins, McClung Vice President. Jo Anne Estes, bindery coordinator, added, "She always gets the job done, even in pressure situations, with a smile on her face."

Bukoskey has worked five years at McClung and lives in Waynesboro with her husband and two daughters.

(Waynesboro, VA) The McClung Companies presented 48 awards to its clients at its second annual awards ceremony on March 19 at the Waynesboro Country Club. McClung captured these awards in the 2009 Virginia's Best In Print Competition held recently in Richmond.

McClung earned 13 First-Place Awards and 35 Awards of Excellence in several categories. Its winning pieces were chosen from over 800 pieces entered in the contest by printers from all across the commonwealth.

"We are proud of our winning team," said McClung President and CEO Tom Trevillian. "It’s always an honor to be recognized by PIVA as a quality printer. These awards are a tribute to our employees, who do prize-winning work in all phases of our operation."

The awards ceremony was held during a day-long training session led by McClung trainer Rick Bukoskey. Over 65 people improved their skills in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

This was the 50th year of the annual competition sponsored by the Printing Industries of Virginia (PIVA), the top professional printing association in the commonwealth.

(Waynesboro, VA) Karl Kuelz, sales representative, won the highly coveted Edmond McCutcheon Award. The honor is presented annually to the McClung Employee of the Year to memorialize the loyalty and dedication of its namesake to the company. Established in 1995, the award is based on recommendations from fellow workers.

"Karl exceeded his sales budget by over ten percent, even in a down economy," commented Tom Trevillian, President/CEO. "He has become a strong proponent of McClung's web-based technologies and marketing services offerings. His clients love him--he is energetic, fun and knowledgeable."

Kuelz has worked four years at McClung. He and his wife live in Waynesboro with their three dogs.
