BEFORE CLICKING THE ABOVE LINK TO OUR FTP YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING:

WINDOWS OS ~ Internet Explorer. First change a preference: From the Tools menu choose Internet Options. Choose the Advanced tab. Scroll down two screens and uncheck "Use passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility)." THEN ~ go to the "View" menu and select "Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer." The FTP should open.

MAC OS ~ uncheck "Use Passive FTP Mode (PASV)" in the System Preferences>Network>Configure>Proxies pane.
